From Sandbach Train Station

We’re dead easy to find, but tucked away enough to give us a quick google, we’re situated on the corner of Junction of A50 and A5022 just 4 miles away from Sandbach train station, so, if you pop in the post code CW11 1SG it’ll get you pretty close to us! We’ll be sign posted with sunflowers along the way when you’re not too far away, so keep ya eyes peeled, or just give the post code to the taxi driver, and ask the driver to drop you off on the A5022 not the A50 which is a busy road, and we’ll meet you with a big smile and then…relax.

Cost Approx – £11/£13 return from Manchester Piccadilly to Sandbach.

FROM THE MOTORWAY M6

 

Take Junction 17 and jump on the A5022 Holmes Chapel Road (the road were the festival is on) so, from the roundabout M6 take the turning onto the A5022, follow it all the way up and we’re on the left at the end of A5022 Holmes Chapel Road, if you get to the A50 Newcastle Road you’ve just missed us, we’ll have signs out to help you!!

Unfortunately this year as we’re only a baby festival we won’t be laying on coaches or buses as the outlay will cost us too much, we’re keeping the numbers down to make it extra special for the lucky few, why not put a post out on social media and get a coach together with friends?! General Parking

We have plenty of parking on-site, and best thing is, it’s free, well as long as you buy a festival ticket for the day or weekend, access to parking is via the main entrance on the A5022 Holmes Chapel Road where you’ll be met by our shiny happy staff who’ll direct you once on-site, they’ll check your ticket and give you your wrist bands, they’ll direct you to the parking at the rear of the site, please be cautious when approaching the site in case of any festival traffic, once on-site do not exceed 5mph and keep to the routes as directed only by staff and site signage.

Campers

We all love the countryside, so let’s keep it lovely, be a considerate camper, don’t leave a mess, bag up your rubbish and strictly no glass, when we leave the lovely animals of Brereton will be moving back in, it’s all about sharing and caring, right! Bring bin bags and put your rubbish in the skips provided and say hello to your new neighbours, we love camping too!!

Parking for Campers

If you’re camping it up you can park in the camping field and keep your car next to your tent (we know it’s a real pain when you forget the pump for your airbed) Please keep your speed down and be a considerate camper, respect the neighbours both camping and the surrounding area of Brereton, They’re very nice people

Parking for Campervan’s

If you’re going all posh on us and bringing a campervan please send us an email and we can arrange a spot for you, send us the size and dimensions of the vehicle and we’ll sort the rest, it will depend on the weather leading into the festival and this will dictate where we can put you, so please follow directions on the day so we can make it as painless as possible.

This local hotel is within walking distance of the festival if you don’t want to brave the green fields of Brereton, It is a lovely place to stay with good facilities.

Festival opening times and entry

Saturday 6th June – 12:00hrs – 02:00hrs (Silent disco 22:00hrs-02:00hrs)

The campsite will be open from 12 midday on the 6th June, if you’re camping you’ll be able to arrive any time after 12:00hrs midday the 6th June as we’ll have 24/7 staff to meet you and show the way if you arrive outside of these hours.

Volunteers

Fancy giving us a hand? Well you can, and it’ll be massively appreciated, simply let us know what skills you’ve got and we’ll work out how best we can work together, we’ll need creatives, Marshall’s, bar staff, band liaisons, you know.. the usual for a festival, anyone that does a couple of shifts with us and help make the magic happen will get a full weekend pass with camping, plus an invite to our private after-party Shhhhhh. Concessions

We would like to invite local concessions and food outlets along to sell there produce, we’re a new festival and we want to give our festival goers great choice, value and something yummy to eat and experience, the concession prices will reflect our festival size and won’t cost the earth, we want you to grow along with us as a festival and build a lasting working relationship.

Search policy on entry

We work closely with the local Cheshire Constabulary and our SIA qualified security staff to ensure we put everyone’s safety first, we reserve the right to deny anyone entry if they don’t allow our team or/and the police to search your persons/bags or vehicles on entry, this is a legal requirement and it’s in the interest of everyone’s safety, I’m sure you appreciate the importance of this, it’s pretty painless.

Drugs Policy

Zero tolerance to drugs, Don’t bring them, don’t do them, this is a family festival and not the environment, if you’re found with drugs by the Police or our Security Teams in and around the festival they’ll take the necessary action in accordance with UK laws, the drugs will be deposed of and given to the police and you’ll be reported accordingly, it’s just not worth it, you’ll also be escorted off the festival site.
